programs: our children at risk

What has happened in our environment to put our children at risk? Why are children uniquely vulnerable to environmental toxins? And what can we do about it?

"Our Children at Risk" is a 30-minute documentary which explores the relationship between children's health and environmental toxins. The program is designed to help parents understand the role environmental chemicals play in their child's health, and what they can do in their homes and communities to reduce or eliminate potentially dangerous exposures.

Philip Landrigan, M.D. (Mount Sinai Medical Center),  John Wargo. Ph.D. (Yale University),  Frederica Perera, Ph.D. (Columbia University) and Elizabeth Guillette, Ph.D. (University of Florida) have each been studying the unique relationship between environmental toxins and human health, and in this video they report on their research and their findings.  Each of the experts urges parents to take action

Great information for new parents!
