In response to requests from both manufacturers and purchasers of  institutional green cleaning products, Grassroots has developed the ChildSafe 2007 logo to identify products which meet or exceed the recommendations contained in the ChildSafe 2007 Guidelines.

The logo is an integral part of the national ChildSafe School program – a comprehensive environmental health program addressing issues of green cleaning, pesticides and diesel exhaust in school environments.
